Frequently Asked Questions

If the unit has a washer/dryer and you have backup linens, we can wash towels and sheets while we clean. However, to ensure a faster turnover, we highly recommend hosts keep 2–3 sets of linens per bed so we can simply swap them out.

If our team walks in and finds excessive mess (party aftermath, biohazards), we will contact you immediately with photos and a quote for the extra deep cleaning required.

We offer automated billing for our regular hosts. We charge your card after each turnover is completed, and send you a receipt for your tax records.
